The project covered consulting services for the rehabilitation of Azerbaijan's medium and low-voltage networks (35/10/0.4 kV). It aimed at reducing commercial losses technical measures and the introduction of prepaid metering systems.

- Monitoring of environmental, social, health and safety safeguards
- Feasibility study for establishing tranche II of the project
- Development of the grid code of Azerbaijan
Technical Data
- Replacement of overhead conductors by aerial bundle cables (ABC)
- Introduction of prepaid metering systems
- Supply and installation of 110/35/10 kV substations and OHLs, distribution transformers and LV switchgears, 0.4 kV overhead cabling, and metering
